Jackie Perlman is a Principal Research Analyst for H&R Block’s Tax Institute’s Tax Law and Policy Center team. She has been with the company for 12 years. Her current job duties include monitoring, analyzing, and explaining tax legislative, regulatory, and judicial changes. She serves as editor for TAX in the news – a weekly newsletter for tax professionals. Jackie is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business. She is also a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs, the National Society of Tax Professionals, and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
